ImPRint Outreach and Promotional Martials
As an organization, we not only have to advertise ourselves to generate interest within interested parties to add to our team, but our new team members also need an introduction to our organization and what we do. Here is some material that I wrote to not only promote but also help with the new hires' onboarding process.

This flier was created to attract students from the Manship School of Mass Communication to join the ImPRint team. It lists what we do, who we are, as well as a list of skills necessary. It means to entice but also be quick and concise. It was designed using Canva and written by me, using as a guide the description on the LSU website of the organization.
The design also includes a QR code, which redirects applicants to a Google Form where they can submit applications.
The text on this flier is meant to stay a little vague on certain details so it can be timeless and used for many years to come without needing to be overly updated or edited.
This process taught me a lot about the recruitment process and all the logistics that go along with the job of sifting through candidate applications for the best fit for us, as well as interviewing candidates to make sure they will be a vital addition to our team.
As ImPRint Communication's director, I have to make sure my team is on the same page, especially when new team members join.
The following is a short presentation I created to ensure maximum internal communication and understanding of who we are, what we do, and what is expected from the team. This is crucial for any team in any line of work. It is important to be clear and concise yet interesting and engaging.
